Jason, Sophie and Elly G are all making great progress with their Honours. Jason gives his final seminar today and then starts writing his thesis. He has some very cool results about the relationship between heterozygosity and paternity using AI. Sophie has her simulation model of sexual transmitted diseases and resistance evolution up and running, and can now start to play with varying parameters. (Thanks Jono!) Elly G has finished 2 of 3 components of her initial proposal, and at least one of these experiments has already yielded an interesting finding. Well done all. |
